Mr. Tabber B. Benedict is an M&A attorney and businessman with substantial securities, capital markets, transactional, general corporate, and investment fund experience.
Tabber B. Benedict focuses on mergers and acquisitions and advisory
services for start-up, early and late stage companies, funds,
joint-ventures and partnerships.
Mr. Benedict has over nine years of sophisticated corporate transactions
experienced and has worked on some of the most complex m&a deals in the
last decade.

A 2002 graduate of Columbia Law School and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar,
Mr. Benedict developed much of his expertise in mergers & acquisitions
and other corporate transactions at internationally recognized law firms
in New York City, including White & Case LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel
LLP. After moving in-house at the ACE Group, an acquisitive
international insurance company, Mr. Benedict continued to develop his
legal expertise on both international and domestic transactions. In
addition, he developed substantial experience on asset management
transactions, negotiating on behalf of ACE and managing outside counsel
on investment deals with hedge funds, private equity funds and other
investment vehicles.
With his impressive network of clients, former clients and business
contacts in various industries, Mr. Benedict now focuses on medium to
small transactions and provides advisory and consulting services to
clients and business and strategic partners. Mr. Benedict's
entrepreneurial drive has led him to be an active supporter and
volunteer for several charities--including New Yorkers For Children,
Best Buddies, the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and several others.
Currently, Mr. Benedict is helping with the 2011 Avon Walk for Breast
Cancer by participating [http://bit.ly/pSnu2J] in the Walkathon and
event fund raising efforts. On Saturday October 1, 2011 he is hosting
(along with Tia Walker of The Quest for It) an invite-only VIP Pre-Walk
luncheon to raise money and awareness for the Avon Walk for Breast
Cancer charity at a private residence in downtown Manhattan.
Tabber B. Benedict hosted two charity events in October and November of
2011 in downtown New York to raise funds and awareness for the breast
cancer charity Avon.. He raised over $2,500 online and in person for
breast cancer victims.
